We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience to lead and oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

Salary: $100,000-130,000/year

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones

Oversee project budgets, cost controls, and change order management

Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance

Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (e.g., office buildings, retail, healthcare, multifamily, or industrial)

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with project management software
