Compensation:

Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour

Commission:

$100 for every estimate completed by your assigned sales representative

$200 additional bonus if the sale closes the same day

Monthly Bonus Potential: Earn up to $10,000 per month based on sales from your leads

Weekly pay via direct deposit (one-week payroll delay)

Responsibilities:

Canvass neighborhoods to generate qualified roofing leads

Engage with homeowners and schedule appointments

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead follow-up

Represent Roofing Pups with professionalism and a positive attitude
