Job Title: Fleet Operations Manager

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and safe operation of our vehicle fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the fleet, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

2. Supervise and train drivers to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and traffic laws.

3. Plan and optimize routes to reduce fuel consumption, lower emissions, and improve delivery times.

4. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

5.  Manage fleet-related expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance.

6. Prepare and submit regular reports on fleet performance, safety, and compliance.

7. Manage relationships with vendors, including fuel suppliers, maintenance providers, and insurance companies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2. At least 3+ years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field.

3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

4. Any certifications in fleet management or logistics (preferred).
