Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in providing financial advisory services to clients, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and strategic advisory assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support client advisory work.

2. Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights.

3. Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.

4. Support deal teams in executing transactions, including due diligence, document review, and closing processes.

5. Conduct research on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor analysis.

6. Work closely with senior bankers, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

2. 0-3 years of experience in investment banking, finance, or related field.

3. Strong financial modeling, data analysis and presentation skills. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software.
