Our client is looking for a Permanent Recruitment Specialist to identify, attract, and place qualified professionals in full-time positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills and the ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to placement.

• → Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
• → Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
• → Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• → Conduct initial candidate assessments.
• → Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• → Manage offer, selection, and onboarding processes.
• → Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• → Track recruitment progress and placement activities.

• 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in permanent/IT recruitment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
