Temenos Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Temenos Solution Architect to join our team. As a Temenos Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive banking solutions using Temenos software. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Design and propose comprehensive banking solutions using Temenos software, aligning with clients' business requirements and strategic objectives.

2. Develop and maintain the overall architecture of Temenos-based solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

3. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

4. Work with implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery, providing technical guidance and support as needed.

5.Collaborate with testing teams to ensure solution quality, identifying and addressing defects and improvements opportunities.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

7.Stay up-to-date with Temenos software releases, updates, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to solution design and implementation.

8.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and support, to ensure aligned solution strategies and effective solution delivery.

Requirements:

1.  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in banking software solutions, with at least 5 years of experience in Temenos solution architecture and implementation.

3. In-depth knowledge of Temenos software, including T24, Temenos Transact, and Temenos Wealth.

4.  Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles, including microservices, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
