Ready to gear up? At Bike Mobility Services Group (BMS), we’re scaling fast, and we need a sharp Senior Financial Controller to help lead our financial operations in our developing markets.

Ensure correctness, completeness and timeliness of the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting;
Work on the budget and forecasting procedures of your developing market;

Assist in the development of monthly reporting lines with the different stakeholders;
Ensure efficiency and effectiveness through process improvements within the group.

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in finance or at a Big-4 firm;
In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
Experience with ERP systems and automation of financial processes;
Business fluent Dutch and English both verbal and written;
You are willing to travel weekly to our office in Amersfoort and make occasional visits to your OpCo's outside of The Netherlands.

What We Offer

✓A gross monthly salary range of €4,500.00 to €5,800.00

✓An annual 13th month payment (guaranteed no strings attached);

✓An annual holiday pay of 8%;

✓32 vacation days per year based on full-time employment;

✓An excellent pension plan of 30% - Bike Mobility Services contributes 20% and the employee 10%;

✓The opportunity to participate in the Pon collective Health Insurance scheme (ONVZ/ZKA) with an attractive employer contribution;

✓The opportunity to participate in the Lease a Bike scheme with an attractive employer contribution of €40 gross p/month;

✓The ability to work hybrid. Partly at the head office in Amersfoort and partly from home. We offer you an additional NET salary allowance to offset the cost of working from home;

✓Laptop and phone (which may also be used privately) provided, plus a fully equipped home office if needed.
