Responsibilities

· Operate and monitor automated production equipment

· Adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards

· Identify and respond to minor machine issues

· Perform routine quality inspections

· Record production data accurately

· Maintain a safe and organized work area

Requirements

· Experience operating stationary manufacturing equipment · Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience

· Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Successful completion of on-site pre-employment assessments that include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations.

· Stand for extended periods (12-hour shifts)

· Lift up to 35 pounds occasionally

· Work around moving production equipment safely
