Production Line Lead - Final Pack

As a Production Line Lead – Final Pack at The LEGO Group, you will play a key role in coordinating daily production activities, supporting team members, and ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence. 

In this hands-on leadership role, you will serve as a subleader within the Final Pack area, helping optimize resources, monitor production performance, and foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Compensation & Schedule 

• Starting Pay: $24.64 hr. 

• Schedule: 7 AM – 7 PM 2-2-3 

Key Responsibilities 

• Production Operations & Team Support 

• Support daily production activities by coordinating team members and resources to meet production requirements. 

• Assist with optimizing staffing and production flow to achieve operational targets. 

• Serve as a resource for operators, providing guidance and support throughout the production process. 

• Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, teamwork, and effective communication. 

• Support employee development by sharing knowledge, demonstrating best practices, and assisting with on-the-job training. 

• Equipment & Quality 

• Operate and support computer-controlled equipment and mechanically based production machinery. 

• Ensure production equipment is properly set up, stocked, and operating efficiently. 

• Perform periodic equipment checks and identify issues that may impact production performance. 

• Inspect products to ensure established quality standards are consistently achieved. 

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 

• Safety & Continuous Improvement 

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all established safety procedures. 

• Participate in LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) initiatives to identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency. 

• Proactively identify production challenges and collaborate with team members to implement solutions. 

• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence. 

Required Qualifications 

• Must be at least 18 years of age. 

• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or similar operational environment preferred. 

• Ability to work with computer-controlled equipment and mechanically based machinery. 

• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. 

• Demonstrated ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. 

• Willingness to learn new processes and share knowledge with fellow team members. 

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. 

• Must be willing and able to work an 8-hour day shift. 

Physical Requirements 

• This position requires the ability to perform the following essential physical activities: 

• Stand and walk continuously throughout the shift. 

• Lift products weighing up to 33 pounds. 

• Bend, squat, and turn the body from side to side. 

• Reach away from the body. 

• Perform repetitive gripping, grasping, and pinching movements. 

• Safely perform physical activities associated with manufacturing and production operations.
