Are you passionate about connecting exceptional talent with opportunities that make a global impact? Join a world-class Talent Acquisition team and play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across a complex global Operations organization. You'll partner with leaders worldwide, influence hiring decisions, and help build diverse, high-performing teams that support business success.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage a portfolio of open roles and drive the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Operations roles globally.
- →Partner closely with hiring managers, leaders, and People Partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- →Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- →Source, attract, assess, and engage top talent across diverse functions and markets.
- →Collaborate with recruitment support teams to ensure efficient execution of recruitment activities and process administration.
- →Utilize data, insights, and market intelligence to influence talent decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
- →Support and contribute to regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects.
- →Champion Diversity & Inclusion principles across all hiring activities and talent discussions.

- Experience in Talent Acquisition within an international or complex global organization.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and selecting high-quality talent.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics and insights to support hiring decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of talent acquisition as a strategic business function.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience recruiting within Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related environments.
- Experience using recruitment analytics and market intelligence tools.
