Pharmaceutical Careers Coach

We're seeking an experienced pharmaceutical careers coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in the pharmaceutical industry. This role includes teaching core knowledge in drug development, clinical trials, pharmaceutical research, medication knowledge, and regulatory compliance, as well as guiding students through certification requirements relevant to their career path. Coaches also support the career side of the journey, including resume review, interview prep, and salary negotiation, as well as freelancing and networking strategy for those building independent consulting work in the space. Ideal candidates have professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down complex scientific and regulatory topics. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
