Responsibilities

Own and deliver revenue, profitability, and cost targets
Drive margin improvement and optimize overall business performance
Monitor key financial and operational metrics to ensure business health
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, supply chain, retail, and operations teams
Ensure alignment across functions to deliver business outcomes
Drive seamless execution of key initiatives
Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure efficiency across processes
Identify and implement improvements to enhance productivity and scalability
Ensure strong governance and execution rigor
Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive benchmarking
Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and engagement
Ensure the business remains relevant and differentiated
Build and lead high-performing teams
Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance
Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization
Requirements

Strong experience in P&L ownership and driving business growth
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer businesses preferred
Consistent achievement of revenue and profitability targets
Scalable and efficient business operations
Strong cross-functional alignment and execution
High-performing and engaged teams
