Circle Lead - North East

You will operate at the intersection of on-ground execution and intelligent retail — using real-time data, AI-assisted selling tools, and technology-driven insights to drive decisions that most retail leaders still make on instinct. • 8–14 years of experience in retail, QSR, or consumer businesses — with a demonstrated track record of managing multi-store, multi-city operations

• Proven P&L ownership with consistent, measurable growth delivery

• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments where ambiguity is the norm

• Strong commercial instincts combined with comfort using data and digital tools to drive decisions

• A reputation as a talent builder — someone who grows teams and creates future leaders
