Finance Business Partner - Supply Chain

Lenskart's supply chain is one of the most complex and fast-moving in consumer-tech — spanning procurement, manufacturing, and last-mile delivery across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. We manage billions in inventory, run vertically integrated manufacturing at scale, and are aggressively building towards a real-time, AI-driven supply chain.

This role is the financial intelligence layer that makes all of it smarter.

As our Supply Chain Business Finance Partner, you won't just report numbers — you will define the decisioning architecture that governs how we invest, cut cost, and scale. You will sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology, turning data into conviction and conviction into action. This is a builder's role for a systems thinker who sees finance as a product, not a function.

• CA / MBA with 10–15 years in business finance or FP&A, with meaningful exposure to supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments.

• Experience in consumer, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or manufacturing-led businesses.

• Strong command of financial modeling, cost structures, performance analytics, and ERP/BI ecosystems.

In two years, you will have built the financial operating system for one of the world's most ambitious supply chains. You will have worked alongside founders and senior leaders, made decisions that moved hundreds of millions in cost and capital, and created infrastructure that outlasts you.

This is not a finance role with a supply chain flavour. This is a leadership mandate at the heart of Lenskart's global growth engine.
