About the Role
~1 min readThis is a New Age, Fashion-First leadership role. We need a commercially obsessed Marketing Brand Lead to assume full, end-to-end ownership of one of our leading brands globally. This highly visible role requires the ability to seamlessly blend the worlds of fast-moving fashion trends and disruptive consumer technology. It demands a strategic operator mindset—someone who views eyewear as a core fashion statement and directly translates brand identity into measurable commercial revenue.
Responsibilities
~1 min readBrand Architect: Architect and build a defining new-age / fashion first global brand. Define the identity, positioning, voice, and values to ensure deep resonance and consistency across all international markets.
Consumer Obsession: Act as the "consumer-obsessed operator." Gather insights and translate them immediately into impactful brand actions.
New Age Media: Expertly deploy modern distribution channels: digital viral content, high-impact influencer marketing, strategic partnerships, and compelling offline activations.
Creative Direction: Direct all brand content and creative assets, ensuring premium quality and maximum consumer resonance.
P&L Ownership: Own the Brand Marketing P&L. Drive revenue growth, budget optimization, and clear ROI from all brand investments.
GTM Leadership: Lead Go-to-Market strategy and execution for all key collections and product launches.
Growth Scaling: Design and execute strategies with a proven track record of scaling high-growth D2C/Consumer brands.
End-to-End Delivery: Act as a highly self-driven leader who manages cross-functional partners (Product, Tech, Retail, Sales) to deliver brand outcomes at speed.
Team Builder: Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing brand marketing team.
