→Preparation and management of technical and operational inputs to commercial proposals, including the definition of operational scope, assumptions, resources and cost estimates;
→Definition and sizing of the operational teams required for the execution of the Mission Operations and ILS&M activities, including roles, responsibilities, skills and staffing levels;
→Definition and preparation of Work Package Descriptions (WPDs), including scope, activities, deliverables, milestones, interfaces, resources and responsibilities;
→Supervision of the applicable operational products development and validation process;
→Preparation and management of E2E System and Operational Test and Validation phases;
→Preparation and management of E2E System Commissioning phase;
→Monitoring of System Functional, Operational and Performance status indicators and parameters;
→Monitoring of applicable System, Operational and Service KPIs/SLA;
→Supervision and Coordination of System level ILS&OPS teams and activities when in Routine phase;
→Generation of Service and Operational reports;
→Participation to Program, Operational and Engineering milestones, meetings, boards and reviews.

Experience of at least 2 years on:Space Missions Management and Coordination tasks;
Space Missions Ground Operations preparation and execution phases.
Certified knowledge and work experience on the following software technologies:Virtualization technologies;
Cloud Computing;Micro-services Architectures and related SW Design & Development processes;

Knowledge of:system engineering standards applicable for Space Missions Ground Segments development, operations engineering and operations execution phases;
Knowledge of LEO/MEO/GEO satellites missions ground segment architecture and operations management concepts;
English language [C1: Comprehension – Spoken – Written].
Strengths in analysis, synthesis and presentation, coupled with very good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to apply these to the interactions within a team and between teams.
