Level99 is a sprawling playground designed for adults with over 50 life-sized mini-games where Players dodge axes, crack puzzles, and outsmart real-world challenges. Each game lasts about 1–4 minutes and is built for 2–6 people to play together. One ticket to Level99 unlocks access to all of our games including Challenge Rooms, Player-vs-Player duels, and an art scavenger hunt. We save your progress each time you play so you can earn rewards and climb our coveted leaderboard.

Alongside the games, Level99 offers a full-service bar and award-winning restaurant – featuring scratch-cooking, local craft beers, handmade cocktails, and a variety of event spaces. Level99 has locations in Natick, MA, Providence, RI, Tysons, VA, Disney Springs, FL, and is opening in West Hartford, CT, Paramus, NJ, King of Prussia, PA, and Raleigh, NC. You set the standard for the Level99 experience. As a Keyholder, you’ll lead from the floor, take control of the shift, and step into the Manager on Duty role to keep the Venue running at a high level. You’ll work alongside the Team, make real-time decisions, and ensure every part of the operation stays on track. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, take accountability, and lead with confidence, this role is for you.

Act as Manager on Duty, owning shift execution and overall Venue performance

Lead the Team through active floor presence, real-time direction, and coaching

Maintain control of Guest experience, safety, and policy enforcement across the Venue

Oversee staffing, shift flow, and operational execution to ensure a high-quality experience

Maintain accountability for cash handling, POS systems, and overall operational accuracy

Support event execution and coordinate with internal Teams to ensure smooth delivery

Friday and weekend availability — a must; flexible schedule including days, nights, and holidays

Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for 8+ hour shifts; lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people

Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Positive, upbeat, team-first attitude

Minimum 1 year experience working as a leader of people in a high-volume entertainment and/or food & beverage business

Minimum 1 year experience as a keyholder in a previous position

Relevant Education: B.S. in Hospitality Management, or other related degree

CPR/AED/First Aid Certified

While we don’t expect a candidate to have deep experience in all of the above, we’re looking for someone with the passion and capability to learn quickly in the areas that are new!
