The Korean Bilingual Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making and operational excellence across U.S. service operations. This position applies advanced data science, statistical modeling, and business analytics techniques to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic initiatives aligned with global objectives. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to deliver actionable insights that enhance profitability, efficiency, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic bridge between U.S. operations and Seoul headquarters, ensuring data integrity, consistent KPI management, and effective bilingual communication. This position requires a Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field, along with hands-on experience in database systems, data mining, big data, and statistical modeling.

  • Perform operational analysis by applying specialized data science and business analytics expertise to design and interpret performance models that guide executive decision-making, enhance organizational efficiency, and enhance organizational performance.
  • Responsible for gathering, measuring, analyzing data and trends for department operation, activities and projects. Understand data variables and data visualization impacting business operation.
  • Lead quantitative and statistical analysis to evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic planning for U.S. service operations.
  • Integrate business analytical insights with cross-cultural coordination.
  • Translate complex data findings into strategic recommendations, supporting initiatives that improve profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow efficiency, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending data-backed solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple systems and reporting platforms. Contributes to strategic growth and operational alignment with Seoul global HQ through advanced data analytics, KPI management, and bilingual communication.
  • Enables LGEAI to execute global strategies effectively and achieve sustainable growth in the U.S. market. Bilingual fluency in Korean and English is critical to ensure accurate reporting and strategic consistency between US operations and Korea HQ.
  • Must possess a Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Must possess work experience in the field using the following skills or coursework with Database Systems, Data Mining, Big Data, Data Security and Privacy, Models of Operation Research, Probability & Statistical Model, Data Science in Python, Security and Privacy in Cloud Computing, and Intelligent Systems.
  • Bilingual Korean/English required for communication with HQ
