Pay: $67,000 Annually

Shift: Days

Responsibilities:

  • Directs, train, and instruct inspectors and leads in line quality
  • Analyzes quality control test results and provides feedback and interpretations to production management or staff
  • Stops production if serious product defects are present
  • Monitors performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Monitors performance of line quality inspectors
  • Assist in leading and developing a high performance team
  • Assist in efforts to increase employee satisfaction and strengthen employee culture.
  • Provide effective guidance to achieve the required quality and production goals
  • Ensure that product is in the process at all times.
  • Plan and organize work for efficient operations.
  • Achievement of daily, monthly and annual team targets
  • Promotes a safe working environment and monitors compliance activities to support the safety program

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of quality assurance experience
  • 2 plus years of leadership experience
  • Good Communication skills
  • CQE(Certified Quality Engineer),CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer), 6 Sigma Belt preferred
