Pay: $67,000 Annually

Shift: Days

Responsibilities:

Directs, train, and instruct inspectors and leads in line quality
Analyzes quality control test results and provides feedback and interpretations to production management or staff
Stops production if serious product defects are present
Monitors performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
Monitors performance of line quality inspectors
Assist in leading and developing a high performance team
Assist in efforts to increase employee satisfaction and strengthen employee culture.
Provide effective guidance to achieve the required quality and production goals
Ensure that product is in the process at all times.
Plan and organize work for efficient operations.
Achievement of daily, monthly and annual team targets
Promotes a safe working environment and monitors compliance activities to support the safety program

Qualifications:

2+ years of quality assurance experience
2 plus years of leadership experience
Good Communication skills
CQE(Certified Quality Engineer),CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer), 6 Sigma Belt preferred
