Title: Sr. Specialist, Production Planning
Location: Queen Creek, Arizona
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop, implement, and manage production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity, resources, and inventory levels.
- →Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and purchasing teams to align demand forecasts with production requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- →Monitor production progress, inventory accuracy, and yield performance, making schedule adjustments as needed to meet targets and resolve issues.
- →Perform and oversee regular inventory counts, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate, timely inventory reporting.
- →Track and analyze production and inventory KPIs, providing data-driven reports and insights to management.
- →Communicate production schedules, performance metrics, and issues effectively with internal teams and global counterparts.
- →Mentor and train production or inventory analysts to strengthen team capability and performance.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent, relevant experience
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support resolution of abnormalities impacting production schedules
- 7+ years of related experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Organization and multitasking skills
- Problem Solving
- Time Management
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
