  • Train and mentor crew members in equipment use, safety, and quality standards
  • Monitor progress, solve problems on site, and report issues proactively
  • Travel to out-of-town job sites
  • Support site cleanup and light equipment maintenance

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction (utilities, grading, or site work)
  • 3+ years of leadership experience as a foreman or crew lead
  • Proficiency operating a wide range of heavy equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints and independently set grade
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
  • Focus on safety and compliance in dynamic field environments
  • Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary
  • Familiarity with Topcon GPS and light mechanical skills a plus
  • Able to work year-round, with some seasonal variation

  • 401(k) with Profit Sharing
  • Performance Bonuses
  • Company Vehicle for travel to/from job sites
  • Paid Lodging for out-of-town projects
