A Lifescape Assistant Foreman can work well with others, is dependable and takes direction. Responsible for leading the crew in the foreman’s absence, safety monitoring, quality control, and other duties.

Responsibilities

→Accurately install project according to plans and on budget with guidance of Foreman
→Lead crew in preparation/execution of daily tasks, in the foreman’s absence
→Load truck and trailer as needed to and from job site/shop
→Follow maintenance procedures for all equipment.
→Maintain open communication between crew and production management
→Maintain accurate daily time keeping via Aspire/Mtime mobile app
→Assist Foreman in managing project hours to budget
→Maintain 24-hour on call status during snow season
→Other duties and projects assigned as needed
