Own end-to-end deal registration process: intake, approval workflows, conflict resolution, and SFDC data integrity for partner-sourced opportunities

Maintain and improve the partner portal, ensuring content, pricing, and program materials stay current

Build and maintain partner performance dashboards and scorecards (pipeline sourced/influenced, bookings, attainment against partner plans) for use in QBRs and board/PE reporting

Partner with Sales Ops to align channel data structures, routing rules, and reporting cadences with the broader sales organization

Support partner onboarding: agreements, systems access, training coordination with Sales Enablement

Serve as the operational point of contact for partner escalations related to process, systems, or program mechanics

Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities across the partner lifecycle

Manage Partner agreement audit and move Lightedge partners to latest Lightedge agreements.

Own partner tools such as Partner TAP, and partner with sales commission for partner commission inquiries.

5+ years in partner/channel operations, sales operations, or alliance management, ideally in IT infrastructure, cloud, or managed services

Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and deal registration/PRM tooling

Experience administering MDF, co-op, or partner incentive programs

Excellent analytical skills — comfortable building reporting and dashboards from raw data

Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to work effectively with sales leadership, finance, and external partner contacts

Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable owning ambiguous or undocumented workflows

Familiarity with VMware/Broadcom, AWS, or IBM partner programs specifically

Familiarity with Technology Solution Distributor ecosystem

Experience supporting a PE-backed or M&A-active organization where reporting rigor and data integrity are closely scrutinized

Prior experience building account plan or QBR frameworks
