The Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting LighthouseAI’s marketing efforts through the management of email campaigns, overseeing social media content, maintaining our marketing database, and supporting lead generation initiatives. This is a fully remote, full-time position offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and mission-driven company.

This is a full-time remote position.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am – 4:30pm

Responsibilities

→Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and content
→Create, schedule, and manage social media content
→Marketing lead research and lead qualifying
→Maintain and improve marketing database quality and hygiene
→Manage website updates and publish blog content
→Manage inbound lead requests to appropriate parties and data entry into CRM
→Collaborate on additional marketing and business development projects as needed

Requirements

2+ years in a similar Marketing role
Experience with various social media platforms and content scheduling
Experience managing CRM data; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatory industry is a plus
