Admissions Facilitator - Sales Support

Lincoln Tech is seeking a Field Admissions Facilitator to serve as a first point of contact for prospective students and provide essential support to our Field Admissions team. You'll guide students through the enrollment process, maintain accurate records, and help ensure a smooth start to their educational journey.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• →Serve as a first point of contact for prospective students and their families
• →Schedule and coordinate appointments, campus tours, bus tours, workshops, orientations, and special events
• →Follow up on student inquiries and discuss training needs with prospective students and parents
• →Maintain communication with prospective students throughout the enrollment process
• →Assist in the preparation and execution of scholarship testing
• →Maintain and verify the database recording new student information
• →Complete admissions reports, paperwork, and correspondence
• →Provide overall support to the Admissions department, including enrolling students as needed
