We are currently looking for HR Manager of France , the details Job responsibilities as below:

GAC Motor is a global automotive company focused on innovation and sustainable mobility. As part of the continued expansion in Europe, their France subsidiary plays a key role in driving regional growth and operational excellence. They are seeking an experienced HR professional to support their local organization and ensure compliance with French labor law and corporate HR policies. As a member of the West EU Team, you will report directly to the West EU regional GM.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations (employment contracts, onboarding, probation management, offboarding)

  • Ensure compliance with French Labor Code and local collective agreements

  • Manage payroll coordination with external providers

  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting

  • Lead recruitment activities for commercial, technical, and support functions

  • Develop local employer branding initiatives

  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely talent acquisition

  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies

  • Manage employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, and terminations

  • Liaise with employee representatives (CSE – Comité Social et Économique)

  • Support collective negotiations when applicable

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

  • Implement performance management frameworks aligned with HQ

  • Support annual appraisal and bonus review processes

  • Identify training and development needs

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.

  • Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR compliance.

  • Experience managing employee relations and working with CSE.

  • Fluent French and English required.

  • Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, self-starting and hands-on.

  • Flexible regarding frequent business travels in the West region.
