As an Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will work closely with candidates, the Head of HR, universities and colleagues across HR to attract, assess and hire outstanding early careers talent.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining recruitment data, preparing reports and monitoring key recruitment metrics.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure excellent recruitment delivery.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Early Careers recruitment process.
  • Partnering closely with the Head of HR Luxembourg to support local talent priorities, workforce planning activities and strategic people initiatives for the Luxembourg office.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, thrive on organization and take pride in delivering an exceptional service to candidates and stakeholders alike.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within a professional service, legal or corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and coordinating large volumes of applications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French; German would be an advantage.

  • Join a people-focused organisation committed to developing talent and supporting career growth.
  • Benefit from agile working arrangements that support both individual and business needs.
  • Work within a collaborative culture built on trust, respect and open communication.
  • Access wellbeing initiatives and resources that support your professional and personal development.

At Linklaters, we are committed to attracting and retaining the best talent and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and perform at their best.
