Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adults Occupational Therapist who is a collaborative problem-solver with strong communication skills, dedicated to promoting independence and wellbeing based in Sefton.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assess the needs of adults with physical or cognitive challenges.
- →Recommend equipment and home adaptations to support daily living.
- →Work with health and social care professionals to deliver joined-up support.
- →Help people return home from hospital safely and with the right support.
- →Keep clear records and contribute to care planning.
- →Support safeguarding and promote wellbeing in the community.
