Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adults Occupational Therapist who is a collaborative problem-solver with strong communication skills, dedicated to promoting independence and wellbeing based in Sefton.

Responsibilities

→Assess the needs of adults with physical or cognitive challenges.
→Recommend equipment and home adaptations to support daily living.
→Work with health and social care professionals to deliver joined-up support.
→Help people return home from hospital safely and with the right support.
→Keep clear records and contribute to care planning.
→Support safeguarding and promote wellbeing in the community.
