Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner Occupational Therapist based in Wembley.
A fast‑paced Minor Aids & Adaptations Team is looking for an experienced Advanced Practitioner OT to bring senior clinical expertise, supervise a small group of OTAs, and handle a focused caseload of more complex cases. This service works quickly, aiming to turn cases around within 15 working days, so you’ll need to be confident, organised and able to make decisions at pace.
The Role:
- Senior clinical oversight within Minor Aids & Adaptations
- Supervise 3 Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Hold a small caseload of complex assessments
- Work to tight turnaround times (15 working days)
- Deliver high‑quality, accurate clinical recommendations
What you must bring:
Supervisory experience is essential — this must be obvious in your CV.
- Strong OT background in equipment, minor aids & adaptations
- Proven supervision of OTAs/unregistered staff
- Ability to work quickly and autonomously
- Excellent clinical reasoning & communication skills
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
