Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker for the Preparing For Adulthood Team based in Bromley.

Responsibilities

→Provide an assessment service to individuals, their carers and other agencies in accordance with Care Act (2014) criteria.
→Initiate and co-ordinate care and support plans for and with individual service users and support plans for carers, in conjunction with professional colleagues and representatives of voluntary and private agencies.
