Liquid Personnel is delighted to be recruiting for a Fostering Panel Advisor on behalf of a respected fostering service. This is a vital role for an experienced professional who can provide independent, expert advice to the Fostering Panel and Agency Decision Maker (ADM), ensuring the highest standards of care for children in foster placements.
Responsibilities

- →Provide professional, independent advice to the Fostering Panel and ADM
- →Uphold fostering regulations and ensure compliance
- →Quality-assure panel reports and processes
- →Facilitate and support panel meetings
- →Advise on case permanency and long-term planning
- →Contribute to policy development and service improvement
- →Recruit, train, and support panel members
- →Work collaboratively with social workers to promote child-centred planning
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience in fostering, social work, or panel advisory roles
- In-depth understanding of fostering legislation and best practice
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to lead discussions and influence decision-making
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
- Availability for a minimum of 3 days onsite per week
