Kids Residential Support Worker

• →Support children and young people with daily routines, emotional well-being, and personal development.
• →Promote independence and encourage positive behaviours through role modelling.
• →Assist with education, recreational activities, and community engagement.
• →Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans.
• →Respond to challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• →Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to ensure holistic care.

• Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to undertake training and development.
