We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team, providing care and support to children and young people living in residential homes, helping them feel safe, valued, and empowered to achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support children and young people with daily routines, emotional well-being, and personal development.
- →Promote independence and encourage positive behaviours through role modelling.
- →Assist with education, recreational activities, and community engagement.
- →Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans.
- →Respond to challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- →Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to ensure holistic care.

- Compassionate, patient, and committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare.
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
