Occupational Therapist - Wigan

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join a Hospital Team based in Wigan.

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to assess and support adults and/or paediatrics in their homes, promoting independence through rehabilitation, reablement, and adaptations.

• →Assess clients' needs at home
• →Develop and implement care plans
• →Use rehab techniques and reablement strategies
• →Recommend and arrange equipment and adaptations
• →Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families
• →Monitor and adjust care plans
• →Educate clients and families on equipment use
• →Maintain accurate records

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC registration.
• Experience in social care and home assessments.
• Knowledge of rehab, reablement, and adaptations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver's license.
