~1 min readAs a LAC (Looked After Children) Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include working with children and families to achieve desired outcomes, discharging care orders, and attending and participating in strategy meetings. You will conduct Looked After Children reviews, complete care plans, and prepare Child Permanence Reports (CPR). Additionally, you will complete Pathway Plans and Children and Family Assessments, while working collaboratively with partner agencies in a multi-agency setting.
