We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join an Independent Living Service in North Lincolnshire. This is a great opportunity to take on a senior-level role supporting complex cases, mentoring staff, and contributing to service development.
Responsibilities

- →Provide advice on moving & handling and equipment
- →Support and mentor junior staff and colleagues
- →Contribute to service improvements and best practice
- →Work closely with health, social care, and external partners
- →Support the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) process

- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in adult social care / community settings
- Strong knowledge of:
- Care Act
- Mental Capacity Act / DoLS
- Safeguarding
- Experience with complex case work and multidisciplinary teams
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
