Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Practitioner Occupational Therapist to join its client's forward-thinking Adult Social Care team in Hackney. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, mentor, and shape practice standards while managing a small caseload of complex cases.

Responsibilities

→Manage a small caseload of complex/challenging cases
→Mentor and support team members in clinical decision-making
→Supervise students, apprentices, and newly qualified OTs
→Lead on major adaptations and equipment for independence
→Represent the service in strategic initiatives and service development
→Promote high standards in case management, assessments, and written work
→Participate in the OT duty rota and contribute to integrated working

Requirements

HCPC registration
Extensive experience in adult social care OT practice
Strong knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding procedures
Proven ability to mentor, supervise, and lead others
Experience with major adaptations and equipment provision
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively across services
