Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s specialist Family Assessment Centre, based in Hendon.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Children’s Social Worker to work within a specialist Mother & Baby Family Assessment Centre, supporting vulnerable children and families. The role offers the chance to move away from Local Authority caseloads while continuing to make a meaningful impact on safeguarding, assessments, and positive outcomes for families. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to comprehensive parenting assessments and provide support to parents and infants in a residential setting.

What will your responsibilities be?

Undertake evidence-based parenting assessments
Support families through residential assessment programmes
Safeguard children and promote positive outcomes
Liaise with Local Authorities, courts and partner agencies
Prepare detailed assessment reports and recommendations

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have;

Social Work qualification and registration
Children's safeguarding experience
Experience working with complex families
Strong communication and report-writing skills
A passion for supporting children and parents
