Social Worker - Generic Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Generic team, based in Trafford. 

What will your responsibilities be? 

• Complete strength‑based assessments for adults under the Care Act 2014, focusing on needs, outcomes and independence.
• Develop person‑centred support plans and carry out statutory reviews to ensure appropriate care and positive outcomes.
• Respond to safeguarding enquiries and apply the Mental Capacity Act 2005, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications and Experience: 

To be successful in this role you must have; 

• Social Work England registration 
• Eligible to work in the UK 
• Hold a full UK driving licence 
• Post-qualified experience 
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
