Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Learning Disability Team, based in Rhondda Cynon Taf. The role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities, focusing on reassessments and statutory reviews, working collaboratively to deliver person centred interventions and achieve outcomes within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

→Community based role with travel required across the service area
→Hybrid working model with one office based day per week and flexibility for additional office attendance if preferred
→Supportive team culture with experienced practitioners

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have;

→Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration
→Proven experience within adult services, ideally within learning disability teams
→Strong assessment and review experience
→Ability to work independently and as part of a team
