Team Manager - Occupational Therapist

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Team Manager on behalf of its client for an Occupational Therapist role. The ideal candidate will have experience in social care and management and will lead a multi-disciplinary OT team based in Solihull.

Team Includes:
Community, Duty, Housing, and Children’s OTs
Supported By:
3 Assistant Team Managers
Reports To:
Head of Service (also an OT)

• →Operational team management
• →Oversight of assessments, adaptations, and equipment

• →Partnership working and safeguarding

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• HCPC registered and actively maintaining CPD
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
• Experience in a local authority setting preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills
• Based in Islington, with travel for community visits
