Liquid Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Social Work Team Manager to join the Safeguarding team in Haringey.

- Contribute to the development of practice and policy initiatives across children’s services.
Requirements

- Understanding of Performance Assessment Framework within the context of high quality social work practice.
- Ability to provide leadership to the team; supervise staff, to assess professional competence and enable further professional development in others; influence and coach others and to raise the standards of other practitioners
- Social Work qualified, with valid Social Work England registration
