Part-Time Dispensary Associate

• →Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest
• →Educate customers on products and make personalized recommendations
• →Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• →Prepare and package online and in-store orders
• →Assist with inventory, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining an organized sales floor
• →Safely deliver products to customers while ensuring compliance with company and state regulations 
• →Verify customer documentation and maintain accurate records
• →Stay current on promotions, products, and industry regulations

• 21+ years old
• 1+ year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license and clear driving record required 

• Cannabis industry experience
• Retail/ Restaurant/ Customer Facing Experience 
• Bilingual skills
• Inventory management or POS system experience (Dutchie preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
