• →Support individuals navigating promotions, leadership challenges or professional growth goals
• →Provide insight, clarity and direction through structured coaching consultations
• →Apply your leadership, HR, consulting or talent experience to guide clients effectively
• →Use modern digital tools (including AI‑supported platforms) to enhance efficiency and streamline your workflow
• →Maintain professional communication, follow‑up and relationship management
• →Participate in ongoing professional development and training
• →Manage your own schedule, workflow and daily activities

You may be a strong fit if you have:

• 10+ years of experience in leadership, HR, consulting, coaching, talent development, business development, professional services or similar senior fields
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills
• Experience engaging with senior professionals, business owners or decision‑makers
• A growth‑oriented mindset and interest in career and leadership development
• Confidence working independently and managing your own time
• Commercial awareness and a results‑driven approach
• Comfort using digital tools and virtual communication
