Senior People Advisor

We're looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional to join our People team as a Senior People Advisor on a 12 month fixed-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle, building strong relationships with leaders, and making a real impact through both operational and strategic HR initiatives.

This role combines expert employee relations support with organisational development, policy work, change programmes, recruitment, and HR project delivery. No two days are the same, making it ideal for an experienced HR generalist who thrives on variety and enjoys solving complex people challenges.
