Responsibilities

  • →3+ years’ experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, energy, or industrial services industries;
  • →Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or similar certification;
  • →Experience working with government agencies, procurement, contracts, and vendors;
  • →Familiarity with state and federal compliance requirements;
  • →Familiarity with insurance terms, surety agreements, bonding, and regulatory standards;
  • →Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite;
  • →Knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems; and
  • →Prior experience supporting fast-paced, multi-state, or high-growth organizations.
