• →Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial and heavy commercial environments.
• →Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to complete electrical installations accurately and efficiently.
• →Perform start-up, testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and servicing of electrical systems and related equipment.
• →Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with NEC requirements, project standards, and company safety policies.
• →Collaborate with project teams, customers, and other trades to support successful project execution and on-time completion.

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician with 7+ years of commercial/industrial experience; successful apprenticeship required.
• Must possess a valid Nebraska state electrical license in good standing or reciprocal licensing from AK, AR, CO, MN, MT, NE, NH, ND, OK, SD, TX, WI, or WY.
• Familiarity with data center systems, transfer schemes, switchgear, controllers, and pneumatic/electrical process controls.
• Proficient reading blueprints, one line diagrams, risers, and electrical schematics.
• Skilled with conduit bending tools, cable tray layout, device trim, and load bank operations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills; able to work independently as required.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Basic computer knowledge

• Regular onsite work in construction environments; exposure to varying temperatures, noise, heights, and confined spaces.

• Regional travel between projects may be required.
