• →Previous residential HVAC installation experience required.
• →Prior leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred.
• →Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices, local codes, and safety standards.
• →Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• →Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• →Comfortable using mobile technology and Microsoft Office applications.
• →Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
