Product Manager

The Job

You will own Guardsix SOAR end to end from defining the right problems to delivering solutions that customers adopt and that drive revenue. Your day starts with understanding how lean SecOps teams operate under pressure and ends with ensuring what we ship is used, sold, and expanded.

You will lead with a Working Backwards approach, starting from the customer problem and success criteria before build begins. You are accountable for delivery, launch readiness, and post launch outcomes through the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring product work translates into adoption, retention, and ARR.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Own SOAR Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and drive roadmap aligned to ICP needs and company priorities, ensuring clear linkage to ARR growth, retention, and expansion.
• Working Backwards Execution: Lead PRFAQs, customer journeys, and success metrics to ensure we solve real customer problems before development starts.
• End to End Launch Ownership (NPI): Drive the full NPI process including tiering, enablement, readiness reviews, and post launch tracking.
• Backlog and Delivery Management: Maintain a clear, prioritized backlog, translate strategy into epics and stories, and work closely with Engineering to deliver predictable outcomes.
• Product Quality Ownership: Drive weekly quality pass, prioritize reliability, security, and customer trust alongside new development.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Customer first mindset with focus on real user problems and workflows.
• Strong ownership and accountability from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Clear and structured communication across technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Bias for action and ability to make decisions with imperfect information.
• Open to feedback and able to challenge assumptions constructively.

Your Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years in Product Management or related role with clear ownership of product areas.
• Strong product management fundamentals including problem framing, prioritization, and outcome driven roadmap ownership.
• Hands on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to improve productivity, analysis, and workflows.
• Experience working with B2B products, ideally in cybersecurity, FinTech, or complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to define and track success metrics such as adoption, usage, and revenue impact.
• Experience working cross functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  
• Experience in scale up environments, cybersecurity preferred but not required.
• Track record of shipping products or features with measurable customer or business impact.
• Experience working with distributed or international teams.
• Exposure to AI driven tools or automation in a professional context.
