The Job
You will be a Senior UX Designer embedded in a specific product area, working closely with Product and Engineering to design and ship high-quality user experiences.
This is a hands-on role focused on building. You will spend most of your time designing real workflows, iterating with product managers and engineers, and improving the live product experience. The goal is to make complex functionality simple, efficient, and usable for real customers.
You are accountable for the UX quality, usability, and consistency within your product area, contributing to the broader platform experience through shared design systems and patterns.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Hands-on UX Design Execution: Design day-to-day product experiences including flows, wireframes, and high fidelity UI ready for implementation.
- Workflow and Interaction Design: Translate product requirements into clear, usable workflows within your product area.
- Iterative UX Improvement: Continuously refine and improve existing experiences based on feedback, usage, and observed friction.
- Design System Usage: Apply and contribute to shared design systems such as Ant Design to ensure consistency across the platform.
- Collaboration with Product and UX Team: Partner with Product Managers and other designers to align on patterns, flows, and user experience standards.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong execution mindset focused on solving meaningful user problems and delivering product outcomes.
- Effective collaboration and alignment with engineers, product managers, and other designers.
- Ability to simplify complex interactions into intuitive user experiences.
- Clear communication of design rationale, assumptions, and trade offs.
- Comfortable working in a fast moving, iterative environment.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work toward shared product goals.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience designing B2B products with complex workflows.
- Practical experience working with or alongside frontend frameworks such as React or ExtJS.
- Experience using and adapting design systems such as Ant Design.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools with ability to produce developer ready designs.
- Ability to design flows that balance usability, performance, and technical constraints.
- 5+ years of Product Design experience with a strong focus on shipping product.
- Experience working in scale up environments.
- Track record of delivering designs that went into production and improved usability.
- Experience working closely with frontend engineers during implementation.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support design and workflow thinking.
- Familiarity with JTBD, outcome-oriented thinking, or similar approaches to problem framing.
