Medical Office Secretary

Long Island Speech is seeking an experienced, personable, and organized Medical Office Secretary/Front Desk Professional to join our growing team in our Suffolk and Nassau County offices.

• →Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
• →Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
• →Maintain accurate data in our practice management software
• →Support daily front office operations with professionalism and attention to detail
• →Every other Saturday and some evenings required

• Minimum 5 years of medical office or medical reception experience
• Previous administrative or office management experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude
